Participation: The project involved 73 citizens, notably 5 participants from the municipality of Östhammar (Sweden), 7 participants from the city of Durbuy (Belgium), 7 participants from the city of Orimattila (Finland), 7 participants from the city of Uusikaupunki (Finland), 7 participants from the city of Valga (Estonia), 7 participants from the city of Weißenburg (Germany), 8 participants from the city of Valka (Latvia), 8 participants from the city of Tvrdošín (Slovakia), 10 participants from the municipality of Kościelisko (Poland), 7 participants from the municipality of Kobylnica (Poland).

Short description:
The day of 31/07/2013 was dedicated to accommodation and welcome the representatives of the partner municipalities and cities - an evening of integration, which took place at the Municipal Centre of Culture and Promotion in Kobylnica. The meeting began with a concert of classical music orchestra of GCKiP in Kobylnica and open-air performance of "Theater of Young Goths", where the spectacular number was a fire dance performance.
The day of 01/07/2013 was dedicated to the seminar, during which there were presentations of youth. The young generation could share knowledge about renewable energy and give their opinion on how to imagine a life without electricity, mobile phones or computers. We heard a lot of interesting opinions and discussion on topics such as tasks of the municipality in terms of green energy. Next on the agenda was a visit to Environmental Education Center in Slupsk, where participants improved their knowledge about wastewater treatment and the production of compost. Representatives of the partner cities and municipalities also had the opportunity to plant new trees on Avenue of Friendship in Kobylnica, symbolizing a long lasting and fruitful international cooperation in the European Union and visited one of the wind farms in the commune Kobylnica. The first day ended up being the Sports - Ecological Tournament, which took place in the Rope Park in Slupsk.
The day of 02/08/2013 was dedicated to the seminar, in which the adult members of the delegation made their presentations. They talked about the practical achievements and experiences of cities and municipalities, as well as how it is perceived future of each country / region, while maintaining the current methods of energy production. The debate about what are the risks and benefits of the use of different types of renewable energy and how does this affect our common future. The debate moved from the theater of GCKiP in Kobylnica to the open air scenery, where during canoeing on the hydropower plants trail Galaznia Mala – Krzynia, participants could find the time to further fruitful ecological discussions and face the forces of nature. End of the day culminated in an official dinner in the restaurant Aureus in Slupsk, during which the Agreement on Cooperation was signed for the period of next three years.
The day of 03/08/2013 was dedicated to a sightseeing trip to Gdansk, where the participants visited the cathedral and park in Oliwa, listened to the organ concert in the cathedral, and took part in a cruise by the pirate ship named "Black Pearl". The time spent in the Old Town of Gdansk, it was a great opportunity to look at the unique architecture of the city and a excursion to the Dominican Fair. The meeting of twin cities was culminated with a concert "Show your culture and protect nature," which took place in the municipality of Kobylnica in Kwakowo where the "IRA" music band presented its repertoire.
The day of 04/08/2013 was dedicated to a summary of the seminar and farewell by the organizers of this year's participants in the meeting Twin Town Kobylnica 2013. Delegations who traveled by plane were transported to the Airport of Lech Walesa in Gdansk.

Short description: The aim of the event was:
19:00 Integration evening at the Municipal Center of Culture and Promotion in Kobylnica. Ceremonial Welcome by the Mayor of Kobylnica community; concert of the Orchestra of the Municipal Center of Culture and Promotion in Kobylnica, welcome dinner.
21:00 – 22:00 “Kashubian Iliad” – open air show. Outdoor show prepared by young people from the "Theatre of Young Goths" during which dance with fire was performed - as a symbol of power. The variety of characters in Kashubian mythology and the symbolism of the earthly elements were the main elements of the performance.

Short description: The aim of the event was:
19:00 – 24:00 Concert in Kwakowo named "Show culture and care of nature". Participation in the celebration of the Pomeranian region, held in August each year in Kwakowo. The event was attended by folk bands, stars of the Polish music scene, such as “IRA” , “Anima”. Animations for children were conducted and also regional specialties and handicrafts were presented . During the holidays environmentally friendly products including healthy food were promoted.
