2. Receipt of services
   The registration of a child for the provision of a place in the Authority shall be carried out by the Education, Culture, Sport and Youth Division of Valka county. The line shall be formed on 1 September of the specified year by assembling children by age group, taking into account the age of the child, the date of submission of the application to the county council of Valka, the registration number (identifier) of the application and the priorities. Children not admitted to the institution by the end of the year are moved to the following year without changing the identifier. Parents shall be informed by telephone, electronic or documentary means of the assigned place, depending on the mark made in the application. Upon receipt of the information, the Parents shall, within a specified period of time, come to the Authority and complete the documents for the registration of the child in the Authority.
