Registration of marriages entered into the church (Valka municipality council)

Process description

1. Service requests
   Service request channels:
   1. Face-to-face - representative of the church in which the marriage is entered in the sex records department;
   2. Correspondence - the church in which the marriage is entered shall send a statement of the marriage by post to the correspondence section.

2. Receipt of services
   Service receiving channels:
   1. Face-to-face - correspondence department records information regarding the marriage entered into the church in the marriage register;
   2. Correspondence - the family list department shall record the information regarding the marriage entered into the church in the register of marriage.
   
   Documents necessary for the receipt of the service - a statement from the clergyman to the correspondence department regarding the marriage entered into the church.
