In order to receive a construction permit, a construction application and a construction project in a minimum composition shall be submitted to the building board. Special construction regulations shall specify the minimum composition of the construction design for each type of construction.
In order to develop the necessary documents, the initiator of construction shall agree with the developer of the construction project in the relevant field of construction project regarding the development of the referred to documentation.
The building board shall evaluate the submitted documents and take a decision within a period of one month regarding the issue of a construction permit with conditions for the commencement of design and construction works, the refusal to issue a construction permit or public consultation of the design of construction.

  1. Service requests
    Forms necessary for requesting a service - a construction application.

    Charges related to the receipt of the service - fee service. The toll rates are specified in the binding regulation No 8 of the Valka Municipality Council of 26 November 2009 entitled “Local Government Fee on Receiving a Construction Authorisation”.

    The fee is determined by the binding regulation No 8 of the Valka municipality council of 26 November 2009 entitled “Local government fee for obtaining a construction permit”.

  2. Receipt of services
    Methods of receipt of the service - presence, the deed of acceptance shall be received by the Government of Valka Municipality.
