Service requests
Service request channels - presence e-mail (the service may be requested by electronic means if the request was signed with a secure electronic signature or submitted to the portal www.latvija.lv.
Receipt of services documents required:
1. The applicant's passport or identity card - the original must be produced;
2. Application - original must be submitted;
3. A notarially certified authority of an authorised person must produce the original;
4. Proof of payment of the State fee - the original must be submitted;
5. When requesting information regarding another person shall be accompanied by a justification for the need for the receipt of the information and a copy thereof or a copy thereof, the purpose of the use of the information shall be indicated, if the law does not prescribe another procedure - the original shall be presented.
State fee: EUR 2.50 (According to Regulation No 505 of the Cabinet of Ministers, Regulation No 29.08.2017., Regulations Regarding the State Fee on Receiving Information from the Population Register).Receipt of services
Service receiving channels - face-to-face, paper-based information shall be issued to the applicant. Correspondence - a paper-based statement shall be sent to the applicant's declared place of residence in a registered mail.
