No later than six working days from the time when the death or the deceased was found, the fact of the death of the person must be notified to any section of the correspondence. The Family List Division shall register the fact of death in the death register and issue a death certificate.

The following persons shall be required to notify the fact of death:
1. the spouse;
2. a member of the family;
3. to another person who has become aware of the fact that the person has died.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    Service request channels - Beacon, come to the homelists department.

    Receipt of services documents required:
    1. a medical certificate issued by a medical treatment institution or a medical practitioner regarding the cause of death;
    2. a personal identification document of the applicant;
    3. the judgment of the court concerning the establishment of the fact of death or the declaration of a person as a dead record;
    4. Identity records of the deceased (if available).

  2. Receipt of services
    Service Receiving Channels - Beacon, must be entered on site in the Family List Department.
